2019 - Zero Waste Theme Year

The Sustainability Advisory Committee has agreed to make 2019's sustainability theme zero waste, in order to reach 90% waste aversion by 2020. This means that the Sustainability Advisory Committee will be placing increased efforts into this goal, as well as focusing specifically on waste aversion all year. Therefore, the entire Macalester Community should be hyperaware of this goal, in order to reach it! Be sure to separate your waste and consume less non-recyclable and compostable material!
