There are many things one can do to both live in a healthy and sustainable way. These include 

  • Bike or walk instead of driving 
  • Try to stop smoking
  • Eat healthy, organic, sustainable food (particularly whole fruits and vegetables) 
  • Plant something big (like a tree) or something small (like a cactus)
