What Can You Do to Incorporate Sustainability and Wellness Efforts?

There are many things one can to do both to live sustainably and to take care of themselves. Such as:
  • Bike or walk instead of driving.
  • Try to stop smoking.
  • Eat healthy, organic, sustainable food (particularly whole fruits and vegetables).
  • Plant something big (like a tree) or something small (like a cactus!)
